The main reason I’m leaving such a low rating is the way the gratuity was handled. A 20% tip was automatically added to the bill, and in my opinion, it was simply too much for the level of service we received. While the food was phenomenal, the service itself was average at best and certainly did not justify an automatic 20% gratuity. Customers should have the opportunity to determine the tip amount based on the quality of service provided, rather than having such a significant...

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The staff are so polite and nice and have great recommendations. Everything we ordered was amazing. I was too busy eating to take pictures! The Avena was marvelous. The pastries? Superb. I couldnt stop eating!
