Vegetarian options: The asparagus was prepared perfectly; fresh, savory, and crispy. The arroz con gandules (yellow rice with beans) was delicious. Wanted to take some to go but it had sold out. Which is a good sign. Plantains were tender soft and tasty.

“The Gyros here are amazing. I'm not sure what they're doing with their pizza dough, but the crust is probably the best I've ever tasted, and the food is reasonably priced as well. “I ordered Chicken Biryani and Chicken Kabab through Uber Eats. After I ordered , I realized that I forgot to order Nan. So I called the restaurant and ask them that what can I do now. The person(probably the owner) replied , I will add Nan and whenever you visit, give me 2 Dollars. That was really a nice gesture which I will remember and must appreciate(along with the debt on me).
Talking about food, I had eaten many Biryanis in USA but it is one of the best real Pakistani biryani. Kababs were also fresh and tasty. I highly recommend those who want to have Halal and real Pakistani taste, must visit.“

“The spicy chicken and ghost pepper wings are the most favourite options for me.
I also heard their big box is returing next week which is awesome. Its dirt cheap compared to what you are getting. 2 piece with 2 side and a drink for less than 10- that’s a steal if you ask me.

Also the manager Mr. Rokon of the store is a very good man. He always smiles and solves any issues you may come to face there. Customer service is his top priority.“

“The staff here are so friendly! We visited twice, and ordered a variety of sandwiches and chicken meals. Everything was good, and it’s reasonably priced. It’s a small business, and we’re happy to return and support them. It’s not a fancy place but it serves its purpose.“

If you're lucky, you too can get some fried whiting then meander on over to Bayway Liquor to get a 30 rack from Ponytail Ronnie. “I’ve been ordering from Jezif bi-monthly at minimum and every time has been through Uber Eats. They deserve a shout out. I’ve never physically been there but based off the menu I get chicken shack / halal vibes. The first thing id like to address is their consistency. It’s got to be an unbiased 9.8/9.9. The portions are great. The food is always fresh (possibly because I always request fresh chicken and rice) but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The food is flavorful and the one thing I truly appreciate with the attention to detail. Any special requests I have had have always been honored and accurate. The rice and chicken platter is my go to, with extra chicken of course (not that it’s needed because the portions are great for the price point). It’s worth paying the little extra. White sauce is always fresh. Chicken is always succulent and well cooked. Rice has never been dry or stale. The fried chicken is an elevated version of what you’d get from most “chicken shacks”. They just consistent deliver at a great price point. And again, I’ve only ever ordered through Uber Eats but the product is always hot and fresh. Beef patties are great. This is a great local spot and I won’t stop ordering even if they let me down once or twice… which they haven’t !!! You order a dinner platter and you have an easy two satisfying meals out of it. I love this spot !!! Excellent quality, quantity and an attention to detail which never goes unnoticed. The only flaw in my eyes is that the banana pudding isn’t that good and they don’t have a hot sauce hot enough available through the delivery app. All in all, I’ll happily keep giving them my money in exchange for the excellence they give in return. “Felt a little like a liquor store when I first walked in, with the teller behind some thick plexiglass, with a table placed in front of the till to keep distance. The menu is behind the checkout, and there are a lot of pictures of the offerings around the place. The employee was pretty blunt and efficient, very no nonsense. My mom and friends like the chicken meals; I enjoy tostones, salad, rice, yucca, beans (frijoles), green sauce, puffed cheese pastries, and more. Since the 2020’s began, however, there is only the Take-out option; no dine-in.
A word of caution: be careful to park legally on the street; I’ve gotten a couple of parking tickets there over the years.“

There was no one in there when I first went in, but boy did that change quickly. About 5 minutes later, it was like a family gathering full of people who did not know one another, but we had one thing in common. WE LOVE THAT CHICKEN 😂!! Y'all, we talked about the chicken and how good it is. We even stayed until a fresh batch came out. We laughed and brought up memories of the 2 staff that were still there since our younger aging, me now 50. The point is to get there and get THAT CHICKEN!! OH, the chicken steak was delicious as well. I loved that it was not dry. Also, try the pizza with the beef pepperoni slices.🤤🤤😁😍🍗🍕
