Told them I had a combo voucher at the drive through and proceeded to order, went to pick up the meal and scan voucher and was told their system has been down all day and I had to pay. Could've disclosed that in the beginning before I ordered the food. Bad 1st experience at Freddie's and I expected much better service.

Idk the burger just ain’t it… The bun is plain and whatever, beef patty needs more salt and lacks flavor, yellow mustard too? But the cheese curds were really great and vanilla milk shake too. I just really prefer Shack Shack’s burgers, which uses a potato roll as a bun and actually seasoning on the meat.

My wife, daughter and I tried this place for the first time last week. Excellent menu options, more than just burgers. Fast food place with the feel of an old diner. Manager was super nice and friendly. There was a mix up with my order and he gave us free tenders. Chatted with us, explained how Freddy’s is involved in the community supplying food and services. I definitely recommend you give this place a try if you never have, I believe you will have a great experience and leave satisfied.

Great food at Freddy's! My husband and I love their burgers so much, one meal isn't enough! The shoestring fries are amazing, shakes are good, but man, the burgers are where it's at!

My family visited this establishment on 9/27/2024 during lunch time, Allyson Gonzales did her job, but there was another employee / representative of this company who was handing out the food. Whom claimed he was the manager, meanwhile 😏 everyone I will mention was present. (Juli, Cameron, May,>Jeff, < Kiara
So for the record I Mr. R am big on honesty. I dont like to be lied too. I do the right actions as best as I can. Needless I say "Jeff or Jeffrey " preformed horrible two orders were wrong. The Food was decent, the only thing was Great was the atmosphere from the customers. Regarding the establishment the music 🎶 was the only thing we All enjoyed. I called back 9/29/24 personally @12:45pm and Now Today Kiara is claming to be the Manager. I'm very CONFUSED 😕 WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH? THIS 😳 IS Ridiculous. Next time hopefully my family will go to another freddy's and we can hopefully have an better experience. 🙏
