Jersey Mike's Subs are great. The customer service is horrible. Everytime I go, it's a group of young men working there. 75% are slow, lazy, not friendly, and look like they hate their job and don't want to be there. One or two of them are the ones that are pleasant, friendly, and quick. Let's be clear - this is a customer service position. If you don't want to serve customers, then do another job. Worker touched many things before went to make my sub without changing gloves. They used to have good workers who paid attention to customers. One worker seemed attentive, the others acted like customers were bothering them unless they looked pretty. Those they paid attention.
My husband said he saw this place on someone's Instagram and so we tried it out last week when we were in the area and let me tell you they did not disappoint!!!! I wish I had gotten a whole sandwich instead of a half !!! We will definietly visit there more ofter!
