Jersey Mike's Subs are great. The customer service is horrible. Everytime I go, it's a group of young men working there. 75% are slow, lazy, not friendly, and look like they hate their job and don't want to be there. One or two of them are the ones that are pleasant, friendly, and quick. Let's be clear - this is a customer service position. If you don't want to serve customers, then do another job.
