Johnny Prince's Bayway Diner is a small, quaint gem with AMAZING food. The 1-9 burger and chili cheese fries are highly recommended, with seriously delicious chili. The staff is super friendly, and prices are reasonable with large portions. The chili dog and Cuban sandwich are hits. The breakfast is great, with perfectly done cheese scrambled eggs, peppers and onions home fries, and quality sausage links. The atmosphere is old-school, almost like a mini truck stop, with a six-seat counter and three outside tables. The service is friendly, and the double hamburger with cheese and French fries is really good, with a juicy patty and crispy crinkle-cut fries.
