We love this place. Sadly there's a bit of a "diner desert" in the area. This place is a total gem. When they opened, they fought the diner stigma. This is not something that should be fought, rather it should be leaned into... enjoy it! A good diner is hard to find. Upon entering Kitchen 27 we were greeted with beautiful smiles and greeted with handshakes from the owner. A first impression is a lasting one. We ordered corned beef hash, scrambled eggs with cheese, cheesy grits, chicken and waffles. Everything was delicious, nice portions, and served with a smile. We will definitely be back.

Had the kitchen burger and fries. Great tasting burger fries as well. Got there a little late on Sunday so they close early at 4. Probably would have had a dinner. Definitely will make it back to try one of the dinners. Service was nice, like I said we came in late. Cool looking place lots of prints on walls and nice layout.
