I placed my order on-line. I immediately called the restaurant afterward to speak with a manager. I told him I'd ordered a pan pizza twice before in the past, and it was not prepared properly. I told him that a pan pizza's crust is supposed to be able to be seen and look like the pizzas all over pizza hut's restaurants across the country, not have cheese over the crust area. Absolutely horrible excuse for service! The call center blames the store...the store (and supposed area manager) blames the call center. Neither cares about taking care of the issues! I’d rather drive a million miles than waste my money here!
