They need heavy training on how to make Mocha Frappuccino. Nothing compares to Newark’s Starbucks- Venus is the best and indicated to give them training on the mentioned drink. Many times I had have to throw the drink away which by the way we all know that the cost for a venti is $6.13 going to waste due to how bad they make it and it’s truly disappointing that such location has such a bad service. It’s very convenient since there’s parking availability. Some of the staff are friendly, they will greet you but others will not even answer to a Good Morning from clients. There are some in every crowd, maybe they should change their attitude, if you can not deal with the pubic then don’t work at a place that you will constantly be with people.
