I hardly ever wait long. Trick is when drive thru line is long to park and go inside. Parking is hit or miss when extremely busy and you might have to wait a few for someone to pull out. I’m only into the shaken espresso though.
I didn't realize that my morning coffee came with a free professional development seminar, but here we are. I decided to use the empty drive-thru to pick up my mobile order, and the barista informed me she needed to 'coach' me on proper window etiquette. Apparently, skipping the speaker box is a major violation of the Starbucks playbook. I loved the training session, but I'm docking one star because I didn't get a certificate at the end. Received wonderful customer service from the young gentleman in the drive through on 2/15 around 6pm. I wish I had asked his name so I could give full credit in a review, tall young man darker brown skin and curly black/brown hair. If I am able to find out his name I will write another review. Great service!
