We came to celebrate my birthday, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was fast and hot. The server Christal was very friendly and helping. The atmosphere is warming and inviting. Christal even explained the rewards program and Happy hour.
I typically order from this location and have dined in many times, and it’s usually great—typically a 4/5 and sometimes even a 5/5. Unfortunately, this time I ordered takeout and the meal was subpar.
The chicken dumplings had a few small, hard pieces in them.I added a picture of a piece I found. The soy garlic wings lacked both garlic and sauce, and the chicken and broccoli was also off compared to what we’re used to.

My waiter was Sel and can I say she was a blessing from God, she was so nice so sweet and so soft spoken, I will definitely recommend her to other people to come and enjoy Ugly dumpling and to personally ask for her. I am so grateful for my experience and will definitely be back soon!
