The overall experience was pretty poor. It looked a little run down and smelled off, but I decided to buy from them anyway because who messes up chicken shack chicken and fries? Answer: This place. Before I even ordered the only guy working there swindled me to ordering a meal that was advertised on a poster outside instead of what I originally wanted, so I couldn't see the price of the "deal". I got the deal (large pizza, 10 pc chicken, 2-liter soda) and a box of fries and it was somehow 40 dollars. Even after paying that price, I had a little hope, only for it to be shattered every time I took a bite of anything. The pizza was chewy and tasted like straight cheese and not in a good way. The chicken tasted like some day-old chicken I could have made myself and microwaved the next day. The fries were kind of hard, tasted off, and some were slimy and green; I was most disappointed by the fries. Don't waste your money here, or at least get something else and make sure you know what you're paying for.

I was so excited to try this pizza and fried chicken. But after waiting so long I was like ok, fresh pizza. I got fresh ok, freshly frozen pizza, hard and chewy. The chicken went to the trash, it looked really old, it was so hard and refried like 3 times refried. There was no neat left in the chicken just bone. Really bad, I wouldn't return or recommend this place. I was very disappointed and angry because kids really wanted pizza and we wanted fried chicken for dinner we didn't enjoy any.

The older guy at the counter wasn't the friendliest person at first. I gave 4 stars because he did take his time and made my order fresh. It was a little wait but it was definitely worth it! Best chicken I have had from a chicken shack in years! I will definitely be going back.

Once they changed owners or management the food quality changed with it. They used to have really good pizza and burgers but now it's really not that good. I even reordered the pizza after the last one I tried that tasted bad thinking it must have been just that day and to give it another shot but nope.
Prices are firm, food is great, service is excellent! The mixed gyro platters are to die for! Also, the fried chicken is always fresh and ready to serve and the manager is always nice giving out good prices for big orders! Definitely recommend this place!

They have one price on slice and then the owner calls you and tells at it cost more. Happened 2 times to me first time slice made them honor the price. Second time just didn't even want to deal with them . I should have reported them to the BBB.
