Just ordered a pizza from Chelsea pizza in OCNJ…
While waiting me a my boy walked the block & 2 doors down stumbled on to this spot (Bakaria 1010). We consider ourselves pizza enthusiasts as we travel over the Bridge (to Philly from Haddon Heights) often.
As we walked in we met the owner and you could tell his passion for food. Explained the Detroit meets Sicilian square, a bit about his work history, and the whole vibe of the place was just on point…
We got 2 plain slices to test the waters & immediately realized we most likely ordered from the wrong place. (No offense to Chelsea) But this place is just next level…
There is not one place on the island or any where around this area for that matter that can compare to this place. You gotta go to Fishtown to have a comparable experience.

Love the pizza here! I drive about 30 minutes out of my way and into the ocean city traffic/parking chaos just for this place. Got a full pie that was half buffalo chicken and half pepperoni pizza. Both delicious. I usually like thin crust and was hesitant at first but the sourdough crust is so light and airy. 1 slice is VERY filling. Couldn’t recommend this place anymore.

A MUST TRY! Best pizza in South Jersey! Quality ingredients, interesting toppings, and always delicious! The staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. In person guests take priority over phone orders, so be patient if you call to place an order or to ask a question! They’ll get to you as soon as they can.
Best pizza in New Jersey. That simple. The owner/chef is a pizza wizard. Don’t hesitate. Go now. Go often. Try the whole menu. Literally every single bite of food from this restaurant is glorious. Would give 100 ⭐️ if it was possible.

This is the pizza shop Ocean City NJ Needed. These square slices are incredible, fresh ingredients and super nice crunch. Get there early to get a sandwich or cheese steak on the owners sourdough roll. This is where I get my cheesesteaks now that Voltacos is closed. Highly recommend.

I stalked bakeria when it was in Linwood and damn near had a heart attack when they opened in OC bc I live ten minutes away. The food is amazing, the vibes are amazing and the staff is always cheery and professional. They are very busy and sometimes when you call the dough will be sold out for the day but they allow you to call early and reserve your dough for later. They always have a great selection of slices and fresh bread. I am so happy they are part of the community here and I hope they continue on for many years to come!
Parking: Weekdays parking spots are abundant, weekends not so much
Couldn’t rate the food because I was placed on hold and forgotten for approximately 10 minutes twice by the same rude person. I was hoping to try out there pizza but I don’t know now if I will give it another try.

It's pretty good here. The Parma Pizza is delicious with fresh arugula. Just know if you order a margarita pizza you will get a regular cheese pizza with some basil on it. They are cash only and have a cash machine inside. Enjoy!

This pizza is ridiculous. I may be eating here three times a week. The square mushroom pizza with cured meat and carmelized red onions! Then after it came out of the oven a drizzle of olive oil and freshly grated Parmesan cheese…..it was perhaps one of the greatest slices I have ever eaten. I feel bad for any of the other pizza joints in town because there’s really no reason to ever go to any of them now. OC will no longer accept mediocre pizza, so thank you Bakeria 1010 for going the extra mile for your customers! I’ll be seeing you soon and often

Absolutely incredible. Known for their sourdough pizza. DONT be basic and order the round pie. Which is still great but definitely get the big boys. Spicy Roni is my favorite!!!
Was excited to try this new Ocean City NJ location as we heard great things. They seemed to forget we ordered a margarita pizza and may have just given us whatever was in the oven (plain and overcooked). ? Their cheesesteak is great! As this may be only their soft-open of this location we will give them another try. They certainly are entering a competitive market with lots of great pizza options and will need to up their game.
