Not much seating inside and all other food is decent, but Fuji has the best sushi around hands down. I’ve been to dozens of sushi restaurants and the fish here is always fresh/ rice is consistently good. We usually order miso soup, salmon, yellowtail, and white tuna sushi. The million roll is tasty and I always love a nice futo maki roll.

I ordered two rolls. I have never been here before so when I walked in I noticed how dirty it was. The seafood did not look well kept behind the glass. I ordered then looking around more I decided to read reviews and saw multiple people had gotten food poisoning allegedly from here. I got my 18 dollars worth of two small and poorly looking rolls which I did not even eat because 18$ is not worth getting sick. I’ll never return.

No dine in I'm assuming because of COVID. The built a 4 x4 room at the door. I got two rolls. I asked for a new York roll and they didn't even know what it was so I got a tuna roll and asked them to add cream cheese as that's an option at an additional charge. They never added it. My dragon roll was just cucumber with a thin strip of eel. I feel like I wasted my money. I won't go back.

Food wasn't great but the worst thing was they sold gift cards that can only be used for dine in (takeout excluded).The restaurant hasn't been open for dine in for a couple years, so I'm pretty sure they just have no intention of honoring the gift cards.
