Arrived late on a Thursday, everything on the menu was sold out except for two items. The japchae was tasty and seasoned well and the octopus dumplings were excellent. I’m glad these were the only two dishes left available. Service was top notch, lovely young lady at the counter. I shall return.

The food here is delicious, but expensive for what you get. Most portions had very little in the way of substantial ingredients like meat and rice and we kind of stayed hungry. The portion of Tteokbokki was particularly disappointing, we get double the portion for a lot cheaper in NYC. That being said, it was tasty, very well done (if you’re afraid of spice, it’s a lot less spicy than Tyeokbokki we’ve had elsewhere). The sauce on the Korean BBQ was outstanding, I’d probably go back just for that. Really great pancake as well, nice and flaky. Overall, a great experience, but pricey if you want to get enough food.

I've gone back for the cupbap twice now and each time, it's as delicious as the first time I tried it. The customer service is a 10/10 and I can't wait to go back and try some of their other dishes. Tip: get a fried egg on your cupbap. Makes it SO GOOD.

Just experienced Hancook for the first time as take out tonight and it was amazing! Their website is easy to navigate, and the pictures are super nice and helpful for ordering online. We ordered the bulgogi cupbap and the spicy octopus and vegetable mandoo. Everything was delicious! So flavorful and we loved the compostable containers and silverware. The portions were really a great size and the presentation was beautiful even for take out. The gentleman at the counter who gave us our order was very friendly and sweet. I commented that it was our first time trying and had heard great things and he seemed excited and hoped that we liked it. I feel like his attitude is a testament to Hancook as much as the food. They obviously care about the food they are serving and it shows in both their customer kindness, food presentation and deliciousness. We hope they do very well and we look forward to ordering more VERY soon!
Just ordered for the second time! Amazing food with amazing and quick service. I ordered online on their site and it was ready in a half hour.I had the Cupbap with Bulgogi and white sauce. My mom got the Vegetable Mandoo and we shared the Japchae.I also appreciate the sturdy and sustainable takeout containers.Definitely on my takeout rotation now!

I cannot say enough good things about Hancook. This is the best Korean food I have ever had in my life, besides the bibimbap at Dolsot House in Cherry Hill. The food is consistently excellent and adorably packaged, as well as reasonably priced. I am currently on vacation out of the country and am wishing I could order some cupbap and tteokbokki from Hancook. This restaurant works well for both vegans and non-vegans, having something colorful and delicious for everyone.
