Twice I had a confirmed reservation with Resy
Showed it to the hostess. She said she couldn’t find it and it was canceled .
She told my husband and I we should wait and
She would seat us , then came back to us 10min later and said we could sit at the bar and eat .
We left and would never go back
They need to learn how to treat customers.
This was an excellent dining experience for the most part! The service was great and the food was great.
We had just returned from Italy and were reminiscing with some friends about the food and how it compared to the freshness of the meals at Sunday gravy.
But toward the end of the meal you could tell we were being rushed… and then the hostess confirmed that our bill was paid and then actually asked us to leave 😳. Because she had tables waiting. How embarrassing...read full review
Let me tell you... we go all the time. Tonight was a special occasion. It was my boyfriend's birthday. We were with the kids. He had a diabetic incident and was critically low. Sunday gravy 100% acted quick and indiscreetly and I couldn't be more grateful. They brought a wet rag with ice, Coca-Cola to bring up his blood sugar instantly. Top notch. No one else even knew and we were able to carry on with our celebratory dinner. I am forever grateful. Thank you all!!!! Class act!
