This is the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. EDI was my server and she treated me with kindness and was prompt. She even came to my table to ask if I need salt and pepper . It’s been a very long time since I had this kind of experience at a fast food restaurant. These people are wonderful.
Update: Sadly, the best thing about this place is that they DO have plastic straws again, BUT if you don't ask for them, you will get the garbage paper straws! 🙄
There seems to be no such thing as customer service anymore! They barely make eye contact, no greeting at all, they don't even smile! We are failing these kids by not training them properly & holding them accountable for their actions! And yet, they are getting the highest hourly starting...
