Portofino's Pizza & Restaurant

We're in Beach Haven and my wife door dashed from here... almost an hour away. I would have bet anything that the order would be canceled. But sure enough the pizza arrived and it was pretty darn good. Heated it up on the grill and it was great.

I normally don’t complain but last night I received stuffed shells and meatballs and first of all, it took over an hour to be delivered. And once delivered, the food was horrible. The meatballs had a very strange taste. It cost me $25. for food and delivery. I love have food leftover for lunch so I figure $25 would be ok for two meals. I just can’t stomach the thought of eating neither the stuffed shells or especially not the meatballs for lunch and it is making me so angry. I have always ordered from Portofino’s but never again.

Have just gotten bad food too many times. It should say in the description that you’ll always be eating yesterday’s food. I didn’t say anything when I ordered raviolis and got overcooked old gross mush, but this pizza needed to be called out. Not only did I open the box to this, but it was clearly old, and felt like cardboard. I usually say Portofino’s is the best pizza down here, but far too many bad experiences for me to keep saying that.

I ordered 2slice of cheese pizza and a soda and when I get my pizza was not it was not baked well, and I want a replacement tonight in a suit because they forgot to put my suit there. It was a delivery.

Ordered catering via the slice app. Food came hot and delicious and on the scheduled time. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend the penne and vodka sauce here

My boyfriend and I order from them all the time the last couple times the food has been terrible and tonight I called 3 times took way to long to get my food and it was cold the last dough was under cooked ugh

Not the friendliest of staff at night. They always close early like at 8:30. When they r supposed to b open till 10

girl on the phone must have listening comprehension issues. i asked for vodka sauce on the side and my pasta was drowning in bad vodka sauce. they messed up my order and i didn’t even want to bother calling back because the food wasn’t good. chicken was disgusting. save yourself the headache and a waste of money and go somewhere else.

Was there last night, got the seafood tortellini it was awful no taste at all the Alfredo sauce was bland ,very watery it was like eating soup. it had no taste it tasted like everything was just runned underwater. My wife had the shrimp alfredo and they made it the same way very bland very watery, and it had no taste. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately when you go online to order from pizzeria it directs you to slice. I didnt realize. My order was incorrect. Half my fault, half theirs. Well the girl on the phone didnt want to help us at all. No sauce on my pizza. I was just there last night had dinner for 8. Bill was 90 dollars. Left 25 tip. I would eat there at least once a week. Well not now. Never again. You hook up this slice app and dont care how ut effects your customers. Done. Will stick with naples.

I guess they changed owners, cooks, or vendor for food. Rice balls is a rice ball, The pizza was terrible. , dough was cooked more then the cheese. The cheese peeled off the dough. Idk what happened here. Maybe just a bad night.
