Just tried the holiday hot drinks at Ethan and the Bean, and wow! The white forest and ginger man drinks were both amazing. I also grabbed an ube cookie and chocolate chip scone, and everything was delicious. Highly recommend checking them out!
We spent a fun two hours at this coffee with friends. The latte and pour over was amazing. They also use ceremonial grade matcha! Amanda and Bella treated us very well and we look forward to coming back! If you pass by, check it out! Hidden gem for sure :)

Absolutely delightful experience at Ethan and the Bean! Every bite felt thoughtful and perfectly crafted. The ube cookie was a standout—rich, unique, and perfectly balanced. The banana bread was moist, comforting, and not overly sweet, and the rosemary biscuit was my all time fav with a flaky savory perfection with such a beautiful, aromatic finish.
