It never has the flavors that Baskin Robbin’s shows online. Which I get not every store will have the same stuff, but they don’t even have the normal monthly flavor. They also never get the order right. This last time I ordered cookie dough ice cream, and I literally don’t even know what flavor I actually got. Given it a good few visits because it’s so close to home but never again.

I ordered an ice cream cake from this shop. At our event I cut in and there was NO CAKE! It was just ice cream and frosting on top.
I double checked my order and I did specify chocolate cake clearly on the order.
Waste of $40.

What a shitty store. Ordered via Uber eats asked me to cancel my order so they dont get charged. Ended up paying 30 bucks for a icecream they couldnt make. Shame on you scammers

Inside a dunkin store, decent variety of flavors but nothing to get super excited about. The cones are wrapped with paper and stacked. The wrapper from the next cone got stuck inside my cone, didn't realize it until I ate most of the cone. Didn't seem too sanitary to me. Ice cream isn't what it used to be.

Friendly, honest, clean staff. I'll prefer waiting them to open to get my ice coffee. Way better than the Indian staffs.

Horrible, not fresh , they charge for tap water. And they hide the regular cones, so when you order an ice cream you pay an extra $1.27 for a chocolate dip cone

They did an AH-mazING (A++) job on my daughter’s birthday cake! It was delicious too~Order 48h ahead of time, and you can get an amazing looking cake as well! Totally going on my fb.

This branch is slowest dunkin Donuts i have ever been. They renovated the branch. Pretty clean and well organized but the employee is so slow and seems unhappy. Not good.
