Im a local resident, I’ve been coming here for years. The staff here do not clean the mixer machines in between each order. You will taste the previous person’s order. My friend ordered a reeses pieces blizzard. Then when I ordered a caramel shake, I tasted reeses in my drink. Dairy Queen is lucky I’m not allergic to peanut butter. If I’m paying $7 for a certain flavor, I expect to get that flavor. Its happened this entire summer. Each thing I’ve ordered has tasted like my friends order and their order tastes like something else. Please tell your staff to clean their mixer before they do another.

When is the restaurant re-opening their bathroom and putting chairs/tables back into the establishment? It seems they are still in 2020 mindset and under COVID restrictions. I’m curious when the laws will be followed and have the bathroom re-opened to the Public.

Can’t follow simple instructions, when you order a cheesecake blizzard with extra cheesecake and no fruit you expect to get that but they gave me a vanilla cup with strawberries, no cheesecake at all. Very poor customer service as well.

Nice place but I feel like they overwork people. It’s Sunday May 14 and it’s this guy by himself with the place full of people. I felt so bad for him.

They workers had terrible attitudes. I asked for a brownie sundae and this is the sad product I got. No fudge. No whip cream. Just an overload of vanilla with a spoon full of brownie bits. It's 6:50pm and Dairy Queen should be appalled by the service at this location. They made it very obvious they will not being doing more than the bare minimum or even that actually.
Awful. I took one bite and then threw it out. I got the Oreo shake ice cream

Let me just tell you about the staff here… FUN FUN FUN! They remind me of the older days… hanging out with friends in the school parking lot in 82’. Trying to make me laugh with jokes about my appearance and curvy-licuous rumps. I do miss the days and these kiddos brought me back. Would come back just for the laughs. Loved Tyler ????❤️❤️

This DQ was pretty good! However, they do MELT very fast. When I say fast I mean when he gave ut to us and I walked outside, it started already melting a lot. Customer service was good. It was a younger guy, who looked like college/ high school.

I ordered a brownie blizzard through grubhub I paid over 16 dollars for this. What I received was a cup of plain vanilla ice cream that was melted all over Your service is atrocious. The morons that work there should call the customer to say they cannot fulfill the order.

Store supposed to be open until 11pm. Employees closed at 10:45pm and turned away customers because they wanted to go home. Lazy!!!!
