I was overcharged 3 times in 2 weeks. The menu clearly says $6 deal. At the drive thru I say I would like the $6 breakfast deal & then I was charged $9.66. NJ Tax is high but not that high. After making them aware, I was given the hash browns which were part of the deal & told no charge. What??? I want the $6 meal deal for $6 which includes the items listed on the menu & I would like my Dunkin gift card to be refunded. He then says he cannot do that. So I explained very politely & calmly to either give me the cash difference or put the difference on another gift card. I drove to the front so I didn't hold up the morning rush line & went in. The taller younger man reversed everything & charged the correct amount. The next week I got same deal but this time I asked the amount first before paying & again $9.66 for a $6 deal. It was corrected quickly & then I paid. Before paying always ask for the amount before handing your card. Check your receipts & credit card statements. $3 may not seem like much to some but 2 times I could of ordered another $6 deal. Every week day this happens I would have paid an additional $15. It happens more at this Dunkin, at the checkout windows the total price screen that lights up in red was not working so I didn't know the correct amount till after getting a receipt or asking.

I went there at 5:00 am and nothing was going on there and they remade my drink 3 times and I repeated myself more than 5 times and they still made it wrong, worst attitude and worst experience ever.

If your a local or passing by a long road trip these guys will take care of you. Employee are quick with your order and know how to make your COFFEE! THIS is the only DD that I know that has gotten my Pumpkin Spice Latte correct 😋 😅 so that should help you folks on which DDs to try. 24 hours as well but it is drive through only for overnight.

Dunkin you should hire someone who knows English to take the orders. We spend 5 mins trying to explain her hot latte doesn’t have ice in it, and still she got both orders wrong. I didn’t said any oat milk for the Matcha and she put oat milk in it and I hate oat milk and now these drinks are trash also the servers.

The two men running the store on Thursday September 4th at 11:50 pm were extremely incomprehensible and incompetent making costumer repeat themselves a million times and acting like they cant hear or understand for giggles and laughs made drink wrongs on purpose and giggling like children..

What a experience tonight. I came with my family at 1.15 am for donuts. This location received fresh delivery i asked him to give me fresh donuts and the guy working at front refused to give me fresh donuts and said its not for you. I asked why he said we are not allowed to sell fresh donuts before 2.00 am so its not for , take old one

I wish I took some photos but I didn’t think nothing it. I want people to be aware that place is not very clean and I would be very careful of buying drinks there maybe even food I wouldn’t go to this one in Little ferry. There’s another one on another side of Little ferry. It’s a lot more cleaner and the people they are very nice as well.I was reading of some people’s reviews on here saying how the people were nasty but to me, they weren’t nasty they actually pretty polite, but it does take a very long time to get something that you want. They were all scrambling all over the place trying to get everyone’s orders it seems like they need more staff in that place, they seem very overwhelmed specially, with that drive-through When I went. it’s very, not so clean if you Look at the machine walking in at the cash register if you look around they’re not quite clean And I took some napkins out of the napkin holder if you look at it has some brown spots on it like someone spilled their coffee or drink on it and they didn’t get a chance to clean it if you do go, this place be very careful. I really don’t recommend it. Yes, the people are nice, but I don’t think it’s worth going to. It’s not worth getting sick. Somebody needs to call the health department To check out that place and making sure that they’re really keeping that place clean till then I probably will not be coming back here no offense to the workers I feel bad for them. It seems like they’re very under stressed I feel like it has to do with poor management whoever is the manager in that place should be fired because she should be telling those workers to making sure that place stay spotless and clean of all times I don’t care how busy it is you have to keep that place clean someone’s going to get sick like that’s disgusting 🤢
