As I walked into the establishment I was greeted with smiles and clean restaurant. Chasity the assistant manager was so polite as she assisting me and made the best turkey provolone I've had from Mikes ! Thank

I am a charter pilot. I had a flight from Toronto Canada to Teterboro NJ (with a quick turn) to Guyana South America to Miami FL. It was a 16+ hour day. Only two pilots, no flight attendant and no food for us. The day before, I contacted Matthew at the store, ordered and paid for two sandwiches and the Airport Staff at Signature Flight support West was kind enough to pick it up. Half way to Guyana I opened the bag and found three subs and two containers of cookies. I thought we got someone elses order but no, Matthew had given us an extra sub and cookies for the long trip. And they were delicious. Service is one thing, but he went way above and beyond, and it made our day, which was long and grueling.
The service was the warmest after having a long day outside came in side and all the staff took care of my family Denise, Bella , and Jocelyn you guys ROCK!!!!!!
