Store is messy and the customer service is terrible. The employee with the dreads had an attitude and provided horrible service. They asked me what I wanted, walked away, and never made my food. Another employee had to ask if I even ordered, and the one with the dreads responded while I was standing right there wasting my entire lunch break. The way I was spoken to and treated compared to other customers was unacceptable. I will never spend money at this location again.

I just visited this location and I was worried if the place would accommodate me due to my religious beliefs I cant eat pork. I asked the 2 girls behind the counter if they cut the pork on the same machine as the turkey and Tersea said she will clean the machine for me which she did. She also made sure to get a clean knife to cut the sandwiches. Both Tersea and Monae were amazing individuals I never ever go to Jersey Mikes but moving forward this will be the only location I come to because of these great employees. I hope upper management sees this and gives them a raise or something they definitely deserve it. I will be back. Thank you!!!!!!

They have no steak , no bread , and the worker gave me attitude for asking for steak Never coming back again

My daughter husband and I went to this jersey Mike’s for lunch. We waited online. The first young lady took our orders and continue to take orders. We waited for the second young lady, which was the one at the register later on we found out her name is Natalia and she was on her phone Totally ignoring us as we waited there for her to feel like completing our orders not only that as she was fixing our sandwiches, the attitude was horrible. She was throwing everything on the sandwiches and it was falling all over the place again with a horrible attitude. We have been going here for many years as long as they’ve been open and we have never experienced anything like that. We did address the Manager. He did apologize, but it’ll be a long time before we visit this Jersey Mike’s again either your staff does not wanna be there or they are not trained properly but there’s no excuse for this behavior. This was so disappointing.
