I am a charter pilot. I had a flight from Toronto Canada to Teterboro NJ (with a quick turn) to Guyana South America to Miami FL. It was a 16+ hour day. Only two pilots, no flight attendant and no food for us. The day before, I contacted Matthew at the store, ordered and paid for two sandwiches and the Airport Staff at Signature Flight support West was kind enough to pick it up. Half way to Guyana I opened the bag and found three subs and two containers of cookies. I thought...

Sandwiches were delicious and the place was super clean and welcoming. Denise was AMAZING and made me the best Italian ever!! She even let me put bacon on it haha 10/10 I’ll be back for the amazing service and great energy!!!
