I ordered T2 with boba, but the portion of boba was like 1/3 portion than usual.And ordered T10 w/ jelly but there’s no jelly inside……

This location used to be always good. That new Caucasian man server puts so much ice on the drinks! It’s all ice and not much liquid!

One of my favorite boba shops, The brown sugar milk tea with mini bubbles is my favorite. They also have a good selection Of seasonal drinks.

Smaller tiger sugar location inside h mart. I wish they had more options. But everything else on the menu is still consistent like the other locations. Good to treat yourself after grocery shopping. Mango sago drink was really good.

Sweet af doesn’t allow you to adjust sugar level. Asked for less ice and got full ice amount. Doesn’t even have normal size straw. I mean really? Since you’re a chain you just gave up and do whatever?

I ordered my favorite drink, mango sago here. They made it lousy. First, it was a mouthful of overly soft sago. Tasted like either they over cooked or was leftover from day before. By the amount they put into the drink, I felt like they were to get rid of it. Another complain I have was the texture of the drink. Every sip tasted sandy. I took out one to see, it looked like small specks mango? Was it not blended well enough or was it something else. I don’t know. I did not enjoy it any all. I had to pay something that I could only tolerate for few sips and had to throw away. Never will I go there again for drinks.

My personal favorite for bubble tea. I got the signature. Love the small and big bubbles mix. They made it not too sweet which I loved! Fast service as well!

Ordered the most popular drink, #2 Tiger Meets Jelly. Honestly I didn't like it at all! I LOVE bubble tea and tapioca pearls however the texture and taste of the jelly was gross. I'm assuming it's coffee jelly but from the first chew my skin crawled. Powered through half the drink but wish I'd stuck to just boba.The overall experience was great, super helpful cashiers! I just didn't like the drink.

We love their drinks. This reviews isn’t about their drinks, but their employees. The girls doesn’t have their hair tied up, it is literally down and all over their face. It is a turn off especially you watch them make your drinks right in front of you.

It's pretty good. It's a bit pricey and but if I'm in the area and in the mood, for boba, I will purchase it here again.I recommend the brown sugar one.

Quick service, quality product, great location with a lake across the street. Drinks always look Instagram worthy. I think the boba pearls are super fresh, and possibly two sizes which makes a fun drink even more fun! Number 1 is always the go to, looking forward to maybe trying an oolong in the future.
