Great customer service and boba is amazing.

Absolutely love going to Tiger Sugar. Their coffee milk tea boba is DELICIOUS and to die for. The workers there are also very sweet and make drinks with much love. #ILOVEIT

The service at this establishment is a 10/10, I struggle with a food condition called ARFID, which makes it difficult for me to eat at new places, and they were able to make the accommodations I needed to make sure I was happy with my order, I was able to get milk without the boba and pearls. It tasted delicious, better than the normal milk I have at home, and I left with a smile! I really recommend this place!

The service is really nice. One boy and a girl today helped me and I didn’t see the cream mousse but I saw the guy make a drink and he actually put the cream, so I guess it was because I shook it (since the girl told me to shake before drinking). I got the #2 and it is really sweet, but still really good!

Ordered two drinks with cream mousse. None of them had it. Very disappointing.

I like grabbing a drink here while i wait for my wife to shop. Decent stuff with their brown sugar drink.

I had ordered two T.5’s regular size from this Little Ferry location and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. First of all, one drink had ice with cold tea. The other had ice but had warm
tea so the drink was straight up warm and nasty. Two different girls had made the drink. One of them was using the shaker, and the other one was just pouring warm tea straight into the cup filled with ice. I find the taste DISGUSTING as both teas tasted weird and I think it’s very careless of them to make my drinks considering I paid at least $14. There are better boba tea places you can go to that are better than this.

Also, the employees are very unprofessional. Who makes a drink with no hats on, no uniform on, and goes ahead and rushes to make my drinks in less than a minute? Please fix your management.

It barely had any taste to the drink. It just taste like straight up milk. Terrible.

Nice service. I was 3 minutes away. I called 7 minutes before they closed and they still accepted my phone order. At that time they only had menu #1 available to order so I ordered it. I never really had Tiger sugar before so when I drank it I wasn’t expecting small and large tapioca in the drink.
