Elegant and simple design, fabulously fresh and delicious food, attentive and generous service.

Very disappointed. We had the fried calamari and it was very tough. Also the special pork and clams Alentejana was not good. The pork was very fatty and extremely tough, very few clams in the dish. Left all the meat and just ate the potatoes. Won't be going back.

Had a very pleasant dinner for two. There is a liquor/wine store next door to this BYOB establishment. Convenient. Parking a bit tight. Fairly extensive menu focused on steak and seafood. I went with the Paella Marinera. My date had the sea bass special. Mussels appetizer was terrific. Zesty red sauce. Service was good, but not as attentive as preferred, but overall a very positive experience. Great food. Wasn't too loud.

We've eaten at Assado many times and it is consistently good. They offer a wide range of daily specials and an extensive menu of seafood and meat choices. The ambiance is upscale and quiet, and the service is top notch. Recommended!

Always an excellent experience. They cheerfully accommodated a table move we requested. Food and service always in line with a positive experience.

Very good especially on a busy day like Valentine's Day and even though it was a prefix menu. It had plenty to choose from. Definitely will be coming back and recommending it to friends and family.

We went on Valentine's Day, they were obviously trying to make an extra buck by cramming tables together. We had maybe three inches between us and the couples on either side. The wait staff's clothing was literally brushing our plates because they could not fit through. Ordered my steak medium. It was raw throughout the entire filet. Asked if we wanted water for the table. When the bill came, there was an $8 charge for WATER. 20% gratuity already included in the bill. Service was terrible...I mean, why worry about good service when you know you're getting a 20% tip no matter how bad it is?! We will never be back.

Wow the chicken on heroic sauce was unreal! And the shish kabobs! Love the mini shrimp. Highly recommend, especially for a cute date night.

I ordered from here yesterday with Uber eats . The food was cold, shrimp were over cooked, bread was hard, rice was dry. And the Spanish potato fries were so salted and soggy I could not eat them. Only thing that tasted good was the black beans. Portion was small. And the price was over 40.00 dollars. Just for 1 order .. I think going there would be so much better then ordering it for delivery. But when order out from other Spanish restaurants never ever is the food cold . Always hot, fresh never dry or over cooked. N never salted the way those Spanish potatoes fries were. Today my eyes r swollen n my ankles and I'm only 115 pound female lol ?
ASSADO PLEASE CORRECT YOUR COOK IN THE KITCHEN. OR HIRE A NEW ONE..

Nice place near livingston.

If you like an well cooked steak, it’s a good place to dine in. The atmosphere is OK, we dine outside because was outstanding well sunset. The staff is good, they speak Spanish and Portuguese and they are very welcome.

I was expecting much more from a place naturally Portuguese, like a bacalhau gomes de sá and so forth and some Brazilian steak style.

At the end, they offer good regional plates.

I think deserves an another visit to complement here.
