I had a horrible experience here today. Just close this location down completely please.The cashiers are disconnected, sloppy and my food was completely burnt!! They had semi-burnt pretzel dogs on top and at the bottom they were completely black. Even the single pretzel was burnt. I should go back and throw it in thier rude faces but I'll settle for throwing it in the garbage.Do not eat here!!

Went on Super Bowl Sunday to pick up some treats for my dad before the game.They ran out of dough even though my online order went through. Shawn worked some magic and made sure that I got my dad's favorites. Touchdown Shawn!

Lady was very rude to me and my wife, without reason, other than perhaps the fact my wife isn't from here. At the end of it all, $5.85 for sugar flavored tap water.

Absolutely awful service and apparently the employees on the other end paid no attention to the order I placed online at all!! My order arrived totally wrong and incomplete! It was supposed to be original pretzel nugget bucket and got cinnamon instead and was supposed to be plain cheese dip and I got Hot salsa cheep dip. How do you get this wrong with a receipt and order sent directly to your computer system?!

Waste of time and money. That cashier there today needs some training. Along with being rude about the 3 pretzels I ordered, my frozen drink was watery, and she had the nerve to roll her eyes.After waiting for 20 minutes for my order, this is the horrible customer service I received.I will never patronize this location again.I wish I could give no stars.
