The pizza here is better than the Willowbrook mall location because they have goat cheese and the crust is crispier. This is one of my favorite pizza spots, especially because of the build your own option.

One of the worst customer phone experiences I've ever had with a company. Endless automated voice messages to get to someone to talk to. I don't even know what the food is like yet I'm just so annoyed by the 10 min of menus I had to sit through. Never ever ordering here again regardless of the taste.

I have been coming to this location of blaze pizza for a long time and never had an issue with customer service. Today I came with my family at 8 pm on a Sunday and was told that dine in was closed but we can take out. We agreed even though online it said they close at 9 pm. The girl gave us a lot of attitude from the beginning, we are coming with a handicapped person and 2 young kids and it will take us time to get situated and figure out what each person wants. Once we started ordering a young man was helping us with our order and asked if I wanted cheese to which that rude lady replied “cheese is not a topping.” Excuse me I have been going to blaze for years and am aware. Also the tone of her voice was rude and some other lady came in to take over and said “it’s been a long day.” I understand but it’s also your job and you’re supposed to work until your shift ends. I work in the service industry and I do not treat people differently based off their race or the time they came in. Completely unprofessional. I will never come to this location again or recommend it to anyone.

Very disappointed by their pizza today. Looks like they conserve some toppings, or just prefer speed over quality. I ordered ham, mushrooms and onion and got this. It's mostly plain pizza with few pieces of mushrooms and very thin ham in the center. Management, please train your workers, this pizza is not okay!P.S. I contacted guest services as recommended by the owner in the reply below. They forwarded my feedback to that franchise operator but didn't do anything else and didn't answer my question. I'm not satisfied with their response.

Good tasting pizza, good price, and I love that can add as many toppings as I like. I can eat a pie myself when I'm in a mood but a single pie can easily be shared with another person so everyone walks away satisfied. I like this location because they have free parking.
