I ordered a number 10 which was chicken original , drink and fries. The lady asked me what size I want for drink. I stated what it comes with medium size. She charged me extra . She claimed after it comes with small drink . It is not posted and if someone asks for number they should get exactly what they ordered. Not be asked size! I thought it was wrong . The sandwich was not that hot and the fries as well not that hot . I went to the one in Livingston Mall in NJ. They have been much better in the past . They also over sugar their fries . Staff not too friendly , they seem like they do not want to be there. Shame on Burger King ! Hire smilie people who appreciate having a job and helping others.

This trip to Burger King was very pleasant. The store is in the Livingston Mall and usually there is a mess around in the food court, but this was clean and quiet. The staff was efficient and quickly got all the orders out without confusion. The food was piping hit and delicious.

After finding mold on my sandwich bread the manger there decided to argue with me about if what I was clearly looking at was mold or not... she then pulls the bread apart and tells me because it on the surface that the mold isn't a problem.. she continued to fight me on the matter and gave me a attitude about refunding me my money for the full order. I work at this mall and I will never eat there again. Never in my life has someone argued with me about mold being on my food. Just because it's on the surface doesn't mean it's safe for consumption.

I had a very bad experience with the staffs and manager. The quality of the burger was not good , it was smelling bad and had a horrible taste. I made a complaint to the staffs and manager at the store, they were very rude and didn't care about the customer's issue. I would give zero star and will never be back here. I would not recommend this store to anyone.
