There are simply not enough words to describe our joy and gratitude for having our wedding at Crystal Plaza. From the moment we stepped into the Grand Ballroom, we knew without a doubt this was the place. It is hands down the most stunning ballroom we have ever seen — elegant, timeless, and unlike anything else.
The entire team at Crystal Plaza was a dream to work with. Their professionalism was unmatched, and they clearly listened to and respected every request we made. The service throughout the process, and especially on the wedding day, was absolutely first class. Both the bride and groom were given personal attendants who took care of us every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed and could simply enjoy our day.
The food was phenomenal — even the “basic” offerings are first class and provide everything you could possibly want. Guests raved about the quality, variety, and presentation, and we felt like we were treated to a true fine-dining experience. Beyond the ballroom, the ceremony space was just as incredible.
The glass-ceiling atrium created a naturally lit, romantic environment that made for the most beautiful ceremony. The lighting throughout Crystal Plaza — both in the ceremony space and the ballroom — is also top notch. Having a dedicated lighting engineer added a whole new dimension, transforming the ambience and elevating the entire experience.
The day-of experience was out of this world. Everything was seamless, elegant, and beyond anything we could have imagined. We will forever be grateful to Crystal Plaza for making our wedding day not just beautiful, but truly unforgettable.

Crystal Plaza is absolutely stunning — a venue that feels both elegant and welcoming at the same time. We had the opportunity to do a photoshoot here, and it was such a magical experience. Our Lova Candles looked like they truly belonged, completely venue-friendly and blending beautifully with the atmosphere. We can only imagine how incredible weddings and events must be here, and we would love to be part of many more in the future.

Where is the 10 star button. These guys are the perfect example of a proper banquet hall that knows hospitality . They take of the clients and the vendors . I am amazed to how cooperative . Kind. Accommodating everyone is at this venue . I been a DJ for 12 years and this is one of the very few places who was ON POINT ! . On top of their game. it was pleasure and I will be sending every one of my jersey clients to you guys!

I originally envisioned a sleek, modern venue, but Crystal Plaza completely changed my mind from the moment we walked in. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail were immediately apparent. We had heard amazing things from friends, and after experiencing it ourselves, it was an easy yes. The entire team was incredibly accommodating throughout the planning process and on the day of. Iris was with us from our first tour through the wedding day — always available, supportive, and genuinely invested in making our day perfect. The food was unforgettable (our guests are still texting us about it!), and our maitre’d, Mikhail, along with our bridal and groom attendants, G and Liza, were so thoughtful and on top of every detail. Truly can’t recommend Crystal Plaza enough.

I cannot being to express my gratitude towards Max, The Janoff family, and the entire Crystal Plaza team. My wife and I got married at the Crystal Plaza on 5/2/25 and definitely had high expectations. The entire staff at the Crystal Plaza beyond blew away all of them.
During the planning process, Max helped guide and create the exact vision we were looking for our big day. Any questions that we had, he was there to answer- whether it was a call, text or an email. We felt comfortable from day 1, and from the second we met Max- we knew this was the right decision for us.
On our wedding day, we were blown away by the impeccable service and warmth we felt from the entire team from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Our groom and bridal attendants were amazing. If anyone forgot anything (or my sisters husband breaking his bow tie), they magically got it for us instantly. The details that you don't even think about were beyond amazing throughout the entire day.
You all made our wedding day so beyond special for us and truly unforgettable!

I seriously cannot say enough about this venue! First of all, it is absolutely stunning. The staff is also exceptional. From the moment we walked in for a tour, we were treated like absolute royalty. And that did not change after booking. Every email with a question was answered well within 24 hours. The food and service here is absolutely top notch. We are still getting compliments on the amazing food and beautiful venue. Everyone here is absolutely amazing to work with, but especially Ronni and the maitre d Jason. Ronni was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we met for our tour, she made us feel like we were more than just a potential paying customer. The day of our wedding not only my husband and I, but our entire family and guests were treated like absolute royalty. Anything we needed was brought right away. Jason specifically was such a great presence to have on our wedding day. He made sure everything ran smoothly, and was just a great person to have around to help us out (and occasionally vent to!) I seriously cannot recommend this venue any more! Thank you all for making our day better than we could have ever hoped for!!

We just attended a wedding there on Saturday, June 7th, 2025. I don't know too much about this venue being we are from Westchester County, however, I give them a 10 out of 10. The SERVICE was amazing, the venue was gorgeous and the food was great! Highly recommend!!
