Went this morning to get 6 coffees with cream and sugar on side. The cashier was so lovely! However when the coffees were ready the cashier went to put them on a tray, and a man with glasses and a ponytail proceeded to tell him to go back to the registers, leaving all 6 coffees on the counter making it impossible for me to carry them out. For a second it looked like the man in glasses and ponytail was going to put them on a tray for me but proceeded to ignore me. I kept waiting , I assumed he didn’t expect me to carry them all out individually. After a couple minutes he proceeded to yell out “DOES THE PERSON WITH 6 COFFEES WANT THEM??!??” I took all 6 HOT coffees as best as I can. May I mention he forgot to give me the cream and sugars. Disgusting behavior. Whatever you’re going through leave it at home. Being kind and polite isn’t hard. If the trays were available I would’ve easily done it.

This is my favorite Dunkin’ Donuts in the area everyone is always so kind to me especially Angel and Mark. The entire staff is friendly and quick. Their iced coffee is consistently great-smooth and refreshing, and don’t get me started on the munchies!!! I would suggest everyone get the app it makes the ordering process so smooth, and you get rewards.

A lot of Dunkin’ Donuts only was pork meat, when I was ordering a croissant and egg due to not eating pork the amazing employee Shania informed me about the turkey sausage. I was so happy I usually just get a bale or donut due to majority of the sandwich’s having pork. Thank you Shania

They didn’t have sparkling water for the refreshers. Girl behind the counter was nice but I went out of my way to go to a dunkin, I’d expect they have the ingredients to make the drinks.

Theirs one specific barista in the morning who genuinely dosent know how to make drinks like my drink has mainly caramel and I taste none of it

It's quite possible the owner/manager had a bad day that morning, his bad day translated into me having a very bad morning for the 35 volunteers that I was feeding and having to back to my credit card company to dispute the $47 of donuts he never provided.1) When I arrived to pickup my online order, I was literally was yelled at by the owner/manager for ordering too many donuts online. That's not my issue. How would I possibly know how many donuts you can make? The app only lets you order 3 dz at a time. The system allowed me to make 2 orders of 3dz.2) They did not fulfill my 2nd order or 3dz and told me get the refund via the app. There's no such thing. I had to dispute the charge via my credit card for $473) They did not include cups, creamer, napkins, or sugar with the $133 order of 2 boxes of Morning Joe, 3dz donuts, 2 boxes of munchkins. I have never seen that NOT included in the carry out package that a Dunkin provides for large orders. I arrived at my event with coffee for 35 volunteers but no cups, no napkins, no creamer, no lids, no stirrers, no sugar.
