Gotta say, I’m a regular that this dunkin! The staff there is almost the same and they all know my order. It’s great to be recognized and remembered. Their service is great and quick. The product is almost at all times good but certain times it a bit off with the espresso is light at times. Overall, highly recommend…. Try this place out with ur families as a go to.

Here they always put as much ice as possible in the cup and then add two tablespoons of iced coffee. I take a sip and grab a cup of useless ice for six dollars. I know management makes them do that to save money.

I have been coming here ever since I started working out in the area for almost a year. It’s always a lot of people behind the cash wrap. I rarely ever have to wait. The coffee is NOTHING SPECIAL. I can make a better coffee home but for convenience Dunkin works. Idk if anyone there has ever tasted the weak coffee they made. I started going to Starbucks up the street. Even though it a lot more my net, they know my name, they are ALWAYS clean and friendly and the coffee is so fresh!I REALLY NEED TO LET YOU GUUS KNOW THIS.Last time I ordered from here, All three people who ate here with me, nearly two hours later were diagnosed with norovirus. These Dunkin’ employees do not wash their hands! They use old spoons sitting in nasty water, they talk over open cups, they have stains on their shirt. They literally take money and touch bread with the same gloves! I really hope the health inspector comes soon and check this environment. The manager stands around wiping his hands all the time cause he be touching donuts with his barehands! Where the heck is the food safety training.. calling OSHA.

The barista Alia recommended me a frozen coffee with hazelnut and toasted white chocolate. It was amazing and she was so sweet. Stop by here for great energy and tasty coffee.
If you’re looking for a job, don’t work here. Employees here are mean, the manager is treating everyone poorly. It also requires a lot of work here.

I bought some croissant for my lunch. I don’t know what he’s name he looks a little old guy than other employee. Anyway when I got the croissant was very hard and cold, I like mine to be soft and warm. So I Asked him to warm it up. He gave me the facial expression with OMG mouth without saying that word, and he didn’t want to do it. ??♀️ the other employee who was next to him, did it for me. I Am appreciate to him, not the other guy. The way of he reacted was very rude. And I don’t know what he will do my food.

I went there to get a cup coffe about 6.30pm and I wanted to use the restrooms and because they had just cleaned it, the manager Rosalia did not allow me to use the restrooms.
