Extremely racist! Shrewd appalling and unprofessional..
Very unfriendly abrasive most of all unkind.

While our country is trying to adjust to the normalcy of things again we all need to embrace one another with love and appreciation.

Please every any and all, think twice before taking time out of your busy schedule , stop and think about where we as happy people would like to remain happy respected and appreciated!

We are not happy with the last few times we've gone. The donuts are always dry and old. Then today, I had my phone out for the cashier to scan my barcode to get a free muffin, but he didn't scan it, which I was in the impression he did. He didn't give a refund for his mistake. Will not be back. Not a happy customer.

Your donuts are great!

But, I hope the owner would take my single suggestion on your service. I think it may help for your business. We knew we are not supposed to pick up food with bare hand for others, especially donuts. Last time, I stopped by to buy donuts, I have to ask the lady to use paper to help pick donuts instead of bare hand. Today, the lady wear glove and she pick donuts directly for me. But I saw she took money and do everything else with the same glove. I am wondering what is the point to wear it? For hygiene concern of customers or for your convenience? I guess at least for me, I may never come back if this practice is not changed!

I go to this Dunkin almost everyday before work, I spend a lot of money at this Dunkin. I order a bagel with cream cheese and it barely had cream cheese. At that point i couldn’t even taste cream cheese and was just a dry bagel. I asked if I can get more and they said I had to pay extra for it. It is not an option on the app!!! How am I suppose to pay for something if it’s not an option on the app! I also go to this Dunkin all the time! Like seriously ? Ill just go to go to the Starbucks down the road. They would give me way more cream cheese. And they are way more friendier and appreciate me and how frequent I come.

Coffee was really good...they definitely clean their lines! The tables were dirty but they came right out to clean them after we asked.
