I had to write a review after just receiving the worst customer service ever. I ordered a smoothie and when I take a taste I didn’t take any of the ingredients in the smoothie. I have been there before and have ordered the same one before. I asked if she can exchange for something else or remake, the first word out of her mouth was not anything wrong. It was a flat out no with an attitude and she I can charge you for another. To be honest I felt so racially profiled by her. Since I walked through the down she had an attitude with me. I throw the smoothie in their garbage and walked out. I called to speak to a manager, the same girl picked up and wouldn’t let me speak to a manager. Had the same attitude and felt like she had to make a point that she was right. I manager a retail shop and know customer service. I paid 10 for a smoothie that she felt she made right and didn’t want to take any accountability to remaking it. When there was a sign employee are still learning but she is right. I will never return here.

Stopped in yesterday ordered my oatmeal bowl it was delicious! Luanne and Gionna are very polite and helpful with recommendations !! The prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend stopping in and trying a bowl or smoothie and toast ??

$10 for the size of the mini bowl they give is actually ridiculous, I’m not sure if they change the sizing but it definitely use to be bigger. Also my Açaí came frozen. Don’t waste your money here, the small is deciving. The mini bowl is not worth 10

I can't say enough great things about Frutta Bowls! The food is amazing, the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming and the service can't be beat. Gionna and her staff make sure that everyone's orders are perfect and very aware of food allergies (if applicable). I won't get any acai bowls anywhere else. They don't add any sugar to the bowls and you can really enjoy the fresh fruit instead of preservatives. Don't miss out on this hidden gem!!
