Just Salad

The salad ingredients are so fresh! Manny made a great salad. The hot honey roast chicken was a great addition to the Tokyo salad. I will definitely be coming back

Great price and excellent food

SO disappointing. We have ordered from here only twice and both times we have been let down. The first time, we placed an order to pick up, and when we arrived, 30 minutes after placing our order, we were told that it was too late for them to make rice, and therefore they did not make our food. We paid online and did not recieve our food. The second time, we ordered for delivery. Again, I suppose they did not have rice and again, we recieved no notice. We recieved our orders with quinoia instead of rice. I personally hate the taste of quinoia and therefore did not eat my food. So disappointed. Salad House in Montclair is so much better and much more worth your time and money. The people here clearly don't know customer service or how to communicate or properly run a business.

Place is very good always on point the freshest ingredients and manny the manager is one of the friendliest managers I’ve encountered in a chain restaurant and you’re always greeted by his staff as soon as you walk in the door will be back to this establishment quite regularly

Meet a vegan friend for dinner. She prefers salad, so I tried a totally unknown (to me) place. Incredible variety, excellent food and tasty smoothie. I'd go back again.

I came to this location twice this week. On Wednesday, I had a great experience the manager was friendly, the staff was welcoming, and my warm bowl tasted great. I really enjoyed myself.

However, when I came back on Sunday afternoon with my wife, the experience was completely different. There were two ladies working, and neither acknowledged us. Both were working on the to go orders. We stood in line for about 12–13 minutes without any greeting or eye contact. We just walked out and went to Chipotle. This kind of service really hurts the business. I truly hope this gets addressed so future customers can have a better experience.

Not even being dramatic — I love this place. I try to come at least once a week! My sister first put me on, and the first location I tried was just okay, but this one completely changed my mind about salads.
The service is always great, and I love how you can customize your salad however you want. Everything’s always super fresh, and it tastes the same every time — which I really appreciate.

The only small thing is that when I order online, there’s usually something missing, but it’s never a big deal unless it gets delivered and at that point there’s nothing I can do. But I usually check before leaving, and the staff are always quick to fix it :)
Overall, super fresh, consistent, and definitely my go-to salad spot!

Just Salad truly never misses. It’s not just the quality of the food but the consistency. Every time, the ingredients are fresh, the flavors are on point, and the experience is smooth from start to finish.
What really sets this location apart, though, is the team. Carolyn, Briana, Evelyn, and especially Manny, go above and beyond every single time. Their energy, professionalism, and attention to detail take the whole experience to another level. You can tell they care, and that makes all the difference.

Had another great salad at their new Livingston location which has their first drive thru window. Consistently good salads, friendly and helpful staff, and clean well designed interior space. Ordered the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad on Sunday and it was excellent. Also a nice piece of bread no extra charge.
