We just made a 100th birthday party at Livingston bagel, and everything was perfect. I highly recommend Livingston Bagel for a private party. So easy to work with, food was good and space worked for our growing family!! Thank you Dan, Hector and Samantha!

This is the second time I came here to order something. I order a chicken Caesar grilled wrap ain't got nothing but bread and lettuce. Is too expensive not to have any meat on the bread. I just came in this morning to order a bacon egg and cheese wrap and you got one piece of bacon on the wrap. Your prices are too high and you're not meeting the standards. I will not purchase anything else from you guys

Livingston Bagel catered a party at out home last week. The food was great, bountiful and fresh, as expected. The showstopper were the servers. Both servers were exceptional, from set-up, serving, clean-up and assisting guests with their needs. We recommend Livingston Bagel whole heartedly! And, Dan, the owner was very easy, understanding and flexible to work with. Thanks!

I have not been back since Covid because I am now 40 minutes away but I made the trek for old times sake and sadly, the bagels just tasted like bread. The whitefish spread was still amazing and the nova was okay but the bagels were meh. I have been a customer since I was kid in the 70s and I considered Livingston Bagel an institution that rivaled the best in the city. Unfortunately, this was not my recent experience. I’ll return in a year and give them another chance.
OLD Review:
Incredible bagels! Nice crust on the outside; soft and chewy on the inside. My favorite bagel is the one I take out of the bag and eat in the car on the way home.
They have very good schmears but hands
down by far the best whitefish spread anywhere. I usually buy at least a dozen bagels, a couple different types of cream cheese, some nova, whitefish spread and herring because their fish is excellent too.

Livingston bagel catered an event in my home…every detail was tended to seamlessly and I truly didn’t lift a finger. They came prepared with absolutely everything and executed perfectly without supervision…including set up, clean up and being overall helpful. The food was excellent and it was so easy to enjoy my party. I can’t say enough. Thank you to the whole team.

Sad, so crowded yet small food quantities, mixed up orders, "toast" is barely warmed. They need to up their game, sorry I wasted my money here.
Parking: Few spots shared with other businesses.

We just used Livingston Bagel to cater our son's bar mitzvah. We had our Friday evening dinner at the restaurant, and they also catered our party on Saturday evening which was held elsewhere. It was a great experience! Dan was very easy to work with throughout the entire process, and his staff was really good at both events. I highly recommend!!

I was really craving a bagel and cream cheese for weeks, I finally got one, and sadly I was disappointed. I came here for a cinnamon raisin bagel with plain cream cheese. Unfortunately I didn’t like the bagel at all for a few reasons: it wasn’t thick enough for me, it didn’t have enough cinnamon, and overall it didn’t taste like a bagel, it just tasted like regular bread. There wasn’t enough cream cheese on the bagel either. One thing I did like was that it was packed with raisins, that’s a plus! I liked how the place was clean and tidy. The service was friendly and speedy. It was difficult to find parking, I didn’t see a lot anywhere, and it’s on a busy street, so street parking is also difficult. Unfortunately I wouldn’t come back here for any bagels.
Parking: No lot.
Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs.

Livingston Bagel came to the rescue when I realized I needed a last minute "traditional" Friday night dinner. On short notice and in the middle of preparations for all the break fast platters, Livingston Bagel was able to provide their brisket package with no hassle. If Andrew answers the phone, you know you are in good hands and can be put at ease, and Dan (owner) is someone I've come to trust. Livingston Bagel can always be counted on to come through with great food!

I haven't been to Livingston Bagel since their renovation, and I've been twice in the last month.
Service and atmosphere is great. It's clean, comfortable, easy to order, and organized.
Both times I had their Western omlette with toasted rye on the side. Everything was consistently fresh and hot. However, the second time, there was very little meat in it. I would have liked the same amount as the first time.
Overall though, it was excellent.
