Nai The Tea Lady is a very aesthetically pleasing shop. From the moment I caught a peek from the outside, I was immediately drawn to the atmosphere and the homey vibe. When my friend and I walked in, we were immediately given a warm welcome and we were even allowed to sample different sets of teas. I have not felt this welcome or so at peace in a store in a very long time. There are so many varieties of tea and, yes, they do serve coffee as well haha. This store feels like a nook and cranny that you stumble upon on and can send happy and curious signals through your entire body and just put a smile on your face. You should definitely check it, I promise you will not regret it!

This place is the cutest place in the world!! There are so many different flavors of tea and coffee to pick from so there's something for everyone here. The staff is so welcoming and so kind and they really created a beautiful experience for us. There are beautiful pieces of art around and it creates a very welcoming a cozy feeling for anyone who walks in. 10/10 feeling. I would recommend this place any avid coffee/tea drinkers who want a cute, cozy, quiet place to enjoy their drink and feel a moment of tranquility

I came across this place accidentally. Absolutely loved learning about some the exotic and herbal teas. Veronica was so kind and patient in explaining about the tea flavors. We tried the Barbados herbal tea, which was absolutely delicious. I felt like I was in my Zen place after having the tea. Must try this place !!

In only 2 visits, Nai The Tea Lady has already become my most favorite tea shop in New Jersey, without question. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The vast selection of flavors and infusions will delight any and all tea enjoyers. The shop owner and management have always been very kind and helpful, and I really appreciate their willingness to show me how to prepare everything I purchase at home. I'm so grateful that my partner showed me this hidden gem in the Livingston Mall. I would honestly give this store 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

An instant favorite that justifies a visit to the mall all on its own. Exquisite atmosphere that's warmly lit, welcoming in its layout and adorned with all manner of decorative paintings, statuettes and knickknacks that hit a wonderfully vintage yet chic aesthetic. Staffed by friendly and personable individuals that are both knowledgeable and enthusiastic about their craft. All this on top of an absurdly reasonable price for some of the best tea I've ever consumed in my lifetime.

Excellent customer service and even better drinks! The first time I came here I ordered a dirty chai and it was perfect( not too sweet and a good amount of flavor). The second time I ordered a boba fruit tea which was also great. Veronica took extra time to explain the differences between each drink and even recommended new ones to try. I cannot recommend Nai’s tea enough!
