Great place for catching a bus or the shuttle to NJ Transit train station in South Orange. (Parking is free.) The mall is a decent place for a budget shopper. The food court has a great selection. Sadly, Sears will be closing its doors soon. (Actually, it probably was losing money for a long time.) The mall's outer road is also crumbling in places along with some sections of the parking lot.

This is still a decent mall, although aging a bit. The advantage is that it still has good stores, while it is not overpriced or loaded with the high-end (and pricier) stores. There aren't really any restaurants other than those fast-food joints in the food court, but almost everything else is well-represented. I would still recommend this mall for shopping.

Need better customer service and better English. It also took my 15-20 to get my food not really liking this place

I prefer this mall over Rockaway or Willowbrook. Very clean, not as crowded, and has basically everything you need in it (Sears, Macy’s, Barnes & Noble, Food Court, Old Navy, Modell’s, Express, Lord & Taylor, Hallmark). Also it’s the largest H&M store in the area, bigger than other nearby malls.

The mall is filled with all discount stores, nothing of great value. I was surprised to find out that the 3rd level of Macy’s has no merchandise and is closed off. Very disappointing. Will not shop there anymore.

Stopped in as our son was playing in a basketball tournament basically across the street. Food court is decent (would like to have had more choices) and there are enough shops to keep busy (not a large mall, though).
