Ordered lunch for delivery. Paris Baguette waited 45 after the order was placed to let me know they were out of stock on some items. The order was already supposed to be on the road to delivery. Terrible customer service. What made it worse is that a member of my party needed the food in order to take their medicine. Their employee had no remorse at all about their mess up. Awful service and I cannot recommend this establishment.

Always love to come to this place. Locality and the location is great. Plenty of parking here. As all the Paris baguettes stores, they have wide varieties of pastries, cakes and coffees. Everything is scrumptious here.

EVERY TIME I go there, the floors are dirty. Napkins and some droppings of bread on the floor. The tables are never bussed/cleaned.I was there 2 weekends ago and the manager was very kind and offered a free pastry due to some mislabeling on prices, especially the fruit tart that I ordered.MANY items had the wrong label name on it.Also I went to the bathroom to change my baby boy's diaper and the sink was dirty.I see the employee sitting down and using his phone (must be on break) but he and no one would take 1 MINUTE to clean the tables and pickup the trash on the floor. Employees are talking, gossiping, joking around when they can just take a minute to clean the place. A minute of cleaning goes a long wayObviously this is a corporate owned store since the manager doesn't care. ONLY the franchise owned stores would have the owner there or owner in charge who cares enough to keep it clean and glistening. This was nice when it opened the first few days but now it is very dirty and employees JUST DO NOT CARE. SAD!Please get this place cleaned. This location tarnishes the image of the great brand!

Dear district manager:Do you intentionally hire rude, insolent and just severely mean people as employees? I am here to buy a cake man what’s the point in being so mean and nasty?Addendum:Your language in the response summarizes the tone you have set in your bakery. It didnt meet my expectations? This insinuates some level of unreasonable expectations from customers. How about lack of customer service standards or just some basic manners. Maybe you should be writing that it doesn’t meet your standards of conduct or your expectations of your employees, if you have any.I am not going to engage with you further via email to lead to more disappointment. Leadership trickles from the top.

The croissants were absolutely perfect, and the atmosphere was good. The only drawback was the person at the counter didn't know what café au lait was or how to make one.If you are a place called Paris Baguette, you should know how to make French coffee specialties.

Bought a turkey avocado sandwich but there was no turkey in it. I was already on my way to work and wasn’t going to waste my gas on driving back, so I just called the store about it. The lady I spoke with was pretty cordial, said she would give me credit for it if I came back some other time, and took my name down. I went the next day, grabbed some raisin bread and coleslaw sandwich while I was there to go, and asked the worker about the turkey sandwich credit and of course she didn’t know what I was talking about and had to call the person who I spoke with the day before to confirm. I thought they could just refund me back the credit for the turkey sandwich, but for some reason she couldn’t, and told me to just grab another turkey sandwich. Okay fine, so then I didn’t need the coleslaw sandwich anymore so I wanted her to refund that but of course, she’s not trained to do that so she cannot and tells me her manager or someone has to come in later in the day to do it, but confirms it will be refunded. I still have not seen the refund transaction yet.I’m not complaining about the $5 refund. Just the entire customer experience was not great and disappointed at their service.

This place is fantastic. Everytime I come here with a friend, they are always surprised to see the spread. Love having them in the neighborhood and appreciate their generosity for our schools when they sponsor coffee and goodies for our teachers.
