While I'm not a pretzel fan myself, these are quite good. I'm mostly giving this a 5 star review as the young gentleman that assisted us was incredibly kind and professional. While I've worked in this industry when I was younger, I know you can pay for someone to work but for them to smile while doing it, makes a great difference. We placed an additional order after our interaction with him. We'll obviously be back and will recommend this place to others.

Placed an order for a first birthday party, 1 shaped pretzels. Customer service was excellent & obviously the pretzels are delicious. They were a hit at the party.

Nice staff, always willing to make fresh pretzels and even salt free ones for our toddler. They have had lots of fun promotions recently and it is very fairly priced.

The store has reopened and it has been a wonderful experience working with Hayden, the current owner. These pretzels are a no brainer as a fundraiser. They taste great and students were excited to have this treat.

Someone recently turned me on to this place and now I’m hooked. The most amazing fresh delicious pretzel ? I’ve had since childhood - when my dad took us into New York City for the day he’d buy us the pretzels but they’re nothing like they used to be anymore HOWEVER, The Pretzel Factory is amazing.It’s a must try if you love pretzels.

Placed an order earlier this week and tried to add to it but no one answered the phone all day yesterday and the mailbox was full. When I called today I couldn't have dealt with a ruder person--he could not find my order and was very dismissive. Found the Wayne store--couldn't be happier than when I called to cancel. Everyone has bad days....but this guy didn't deserve the 1 star.

If you want salty attitude to match the salt on your pretzels then this is the place for you. The pretzels are good, however the attitude of the workers, not so much. When asked about mustard sizes, a response of "they are over there" was given. When asked how much something was the response was, "like $3". I believe this was from the owner. Pretzels are good not overly salty, however the ownership and workers salty and rude. Parking is ample.
