I had heard great things about this place from several people and had to try it. They were right, there were many dishes we wanted to try, and the ones we got were excellent. My daughter got the Short Hills Sandwich (Steak, fried eggs, sauteed onions & cheese). I got the Teriyaki Salmon Bowl (Quinoa brown rice, fresh sliced avocado, cucumber, carrots, soybeans, fresh scallion, fresh ginger, sesame seed - I said no to the avocado). It was too much food, and I couldn't finish it, but my daughter did that for me.The service was super nice. The place was very crowded and busy but they were keeping up.The place is kind of a small diner and a diner-like selection. I suspect they could do a lot more business with more space and parking.The image is of a watermelon radish, which they used as garnish on both our dishes. They have radish texture but only a faint radish taste. Very large, 5 or 6 cm.Vegetarian options: There are several, in the way that any diner these days has several vegetarian options. It's clearly not a specialty of theirs, but you absolutely have non-meat choices.Parking: They have a lot, but it isn't large nor immediately adjacent, but it's not far. There's not a lot of street parking or municipal lots in that area so I'm not sure what we would have done if their lot was full. It was Easter so maybe I'd park in a spot reserved for some business that was obviously not open.Kid-friendliness: There were lots of kids when we were there.

Great casual place to get breakfast or lunch. The food is very good (all the breakfast items, gyro, wraps we've tried - including gluten free wraps!) but Nicole the server is the real star. She took thoughtful care of us and made us laugh, a real ray of sunshine on a gray day. Lovely to chat with, and she was right that the coleslaw there is very good even if it doesn't look at all fancy. But that's Seymour's, very good without pretense.Cozy couple of tables inside, and a few outside. Small parking lot - we parked on Harrison St nearby.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free wraps available

What a find!!! AWESOME!! 5 STARS!!! Even before I entered the restaurant I was looking for parking and was greeted by Castro the chef in the parking lot as I was trying park. Having never met me before, I was pleasantly surprised that he greeted me and said,"no worries, park behind his delivery van," which was right by the rear entrance. I knew right away this person really understood customer service and could not wait to go inside. We entered and the place had a great m suburban lunch vibe. They were busy with only one open table, customers were waiting for take out orders and they were well staffed. Every staff member worked to create an awesome experience. Not one person was standing around, they were pro active, filling glasses, cleaning tables, checking on how customers were doing and how they liked the food. Genuine concern, not idle chit chat. I was blown away. Really AWESOME food, service, prices, attitude, selection!!! They have everything you could want. Salads, juices, beverages, wraps, sandwiches, paninis, platters, breakfast dishes, lunch and brunch. The portions are large and well presented. Besides the great taste and flavor, everything is freshly made with love. We had a quick lunch, so many choices!! We had the rainbow pokey bowel which was salmon, tuna, quinoa, wasabi peas, avocado, carrots, seaweed salad, and a few other goodies, like the large radish slices in my photos. We also had the shrimp fajita poke bowl which had mainly the same ingredients. Honestly the best poke bowels I have ever had. No wasted fillers, just natural, healthy ingredients in abundance. Next time I would love to have the Nutella crepes, the sweet potato fries and desert. I live in Brooklyn and will definitely make a trip on the weekend to experience their brunch. I cannot say enough great things about Seymour's Cafe and as a Yelp Elite member, i would highly recommend them.

I will dare to say: The BEST brunch in New Jersey! My best friend and I googled nearby brunch locations after attending a fundraiser. Seymour's Cafe was the first to come up. We are so glad we found this gem. Upon entering, we were instantly greeted by the Hostess, Nicole. There was a wait to be seated. Nicole suggested we look at the menu and order so that our food would arrive at the table with us. We ended up being seated rather quickly and we had the blessing of having Nicole take care of us for the remainder of our stay. Nicole made several suggestions when ordering which greatly enhanced our meals. I ordered the avocado toast platter with feta (comes with two fried eggs). I was able to substitute French fries for the home fries due to my allergy to onion. I also ordered the fresh squeezed pineapple juice. Our food was absolutely delectable. The eggs were cooked to perfection, the avocado had just the right amount of seasoning. The multigrain bread was light and tasty, without that cardboard taste - just as Nicole stated. The pineapple juice was a ray of sunshine in a cup. The food was fresh, well prepared and impeccably presented. I'd still come come back to see Nicole, alone!

Nutella stuffed french toast, that's all you need to know. This place is excellent, food is great+ service is great. Super elevated coffee sandwich shop with extensive fresh menu. I see all Employees working hard with the semi-open kitchen. Love the fresh juices. Wonderful place

I visited Seymour’s for breakfast for the first time and it was fantastic. The food was delicious, generous portions and the service was outstanding. Kudos to Nicole who is an awesome server, super positive and courteous.
My first experience here was good but not very great. Staff here were nice, friendly, and welcoming but their wrap I ordered was too big and I couldn’t finish the whole wrap but I’d say it tasted like a 8/10.

Seymours is an absolute favorite of mine to go for brunch and lunch. The food is always fresh and so delicious! I have ordered lots of smoothies and they make them to order, with whatever I ask them to put in the mix. They have the best oatmeal! I crave it and even order it when I doordash. I love the tuna melt and the chicken noodle soup! They also make this wonderful steak wrap that I have gotten multiple times and it just melts in my mouth…The best part of Seymours though is the service and the staff! Nicole is an absolute sweetheart and I adore her! She has the best smile and she goes out of her way to make all her customers happy. I go in sometimes just to be part of the good energy of Seymours. All the staff are wonderful. I am so grateful the restaurant is in my neighborhood. Thanks, Seymours!! ???
