Almost fell on that sign the wind blew over coming in I hope they picked that up lol. The pick up food should have like a warming station because the food was cold and sitting out waiting to be picked up so order when you 5mins away so it can be fresh. The food was good, but the hamburger patty wasn't seasoned at all, guess I should have asked for salt and pepper.I have no photos, because the food was demolished, sorry!Oh, and, finally, a vanilla milkshake that rivals Chick fil A. I can, finally, get a nice milkshake on a Sunday, even after 8 p.m.

Picked up a shack burger today and the meat was so tough I couldn't chew it. Burger was also super greasy. What happened? Used to be so good. Big disappointment especially for the prices being charged! Tried to call the manager but it went to an answering machine. Terrible customer service. Won't return.

The devil is in the details. They messed up a one item order. I ordered a hamburger online to be picked up and check the box for ketchup and utensils when I grabbed the bag there was no ketchup or utensils in the bag had I not checked I would have to eat a dry hamburger I was about to get on the highway I was going 20 miles away. I don't have much faith in them if it was a big order. It may sound Petty but who would want to eat a hamburger without ketchup on it not many people and that's not what I wanted
