The coffee here is seriously amazing! You can tell it’s crafted with care and quality ingredients. I do wish they had a drive-thru—it would make things more convenient—but honestly, the taste makes up for it.
I highly recommend trying my custom drink: a grande iced shaken espresso with brown sugar cold foam, breve one pump of vanilla, two pumps of brown sugar, no classic syrup, and caramel drizzle lining the cup—it’s absolutely delicious and gives the perfect balance of sweetness and kick.
The vibe inside is cozy, and while the energy from the staff could be a bit more upbeat, they are friendly and helpful. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re a coffee lover who appreciates quality over speed

I had a lot of time in between appointments so i went to te livingston Starbucks to get a iced caramel macchiatto, which i get regularly at other locations , when in line i picked up a ready made ham and cheese sandwich, but the ham looked gray so I put it back, I started drinking ingredients the coffee on my way to another appointment. The coffee was not made correctly, it did not have the standard amount of caramel an it tasted like a glass of iced milk with a splash of coffee. Definitely made incorrectly. Never going here again I am not paying $6.66 for a glass of milk

The staff wasn't very attentive to me when I walked in for service. I work near buy and needed a pick up, so I stopped to get me a cup of coffee and a baguette. After waiting for the young lady to come over and take my order after 10 minutes of chatting with her employer. Food was great but the service of the staff can be better
I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks in Livingston. The staff seemed to be in the worst of moods, far from welcoming. Although the closing time was listed as 12:30, they began rushing customers out well before that, even sweeping and mopping near us, which felt very unprofessional.
To make matters worse, one staff member behind the counter scowled and mumbled when asked for a simple paper cup. The whole vibe was off and far from the usual warmth you'd expect from a Starbucks.
The manager, while polite, should have been more attentive to the staff’s behavior. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I don’t plan to return. I’ll look for another coffee spot that values its customers.

I was picking up my orders for uber eats. The order was ready sitting on the counter. It just needs to be bagged. I asked the pale asian girl with a huge protruding forehead and she said one second. She then continues to ignore me as she continues working on other orders. She did half of a job. A different lady helped me after waiting for 40 mins being ignored. The huge protruding forehead asian girl needs more training and lecture on wrapping up the current order first.
I get my coffe here every day and it's always fresh and delicious. Sophie is always so nice and helpfull!

Picking up plain black coffee from a mobile order is fairly easy uneventful. Coffee is made well here, and no complaints but very hot and very full so I always dump a smidge off the top out in the parking lot. FYI getting there, you will need to navigate all the smokers at the bagel shop who seem to be outside in every season, fairly sure it's that one guys day off and he wasn't even supposed to be there. But a good strong hot cup o joe from quick friendly staff is worth it
