Starbucks coffee and their service take different turns when I rate them. For instance, I recently bought a new cup from Starbucks and they refused to take it for a hot water rinse, even though the customer had specifically requested it. This is just one example of how Starbucks seems to be distancing itself from human interaction in the name of decency.

Asked for extra caramel drizzle so I guess they thought they’d be funny idk but this is what I got. There’s literally no coffee all caramel. Lady at the window had an attitude when she messed up the initial order.

Don’t come here unless you want to waste your time. The wait is extremely long, and the coffee tastes completely different from other places — honestly, it’s terrible.
Roe is awesome, she went out of her way to fix our drink. I would highly recommend her as a barista.
