This is a good hospital I recommend going here the stuff workers and nurses are great they are great and kind and helpful with they patients I highly recommend going here great hospital 🥰

Where do I begin with this review? Let’s start with my supposed appointment with Dr. Brooke Milheim, which got canceled when I was on my way. They called me and told me we see you had the flu. We need to reschedule your appointment after I called them in advance and try to reschedule not that They knew when I had the flu. They couldn’t give me a date and asked when did I have it but you don’t pick up or answer the phone before hand then I changed to a different doctor Thad denehy went against my better judgment because I don’t go to male GYN OK first appointment we talked about a lot of stuff told him let’s wait for the MRI before we reschedule surgery. I get my MRI. It takes three hours on two different days. I don’t understand how an MRI can say extremely limited study but at the same time say spleen, gallbladder liver everything is OK I asked for a copy of my MRI report gonna go see my lawyer with it. The nurse then bust into the room doctor gets up and leaves and says we’re done here. I stand there for a minute thinking he was coming back to finish my appointment because everything out of his mouth was I don’t know. He never went over. Bloodwork but ordered more test. My MRI was not compared to the previous one even though they wrote across the top MRI compared to one from last year there were six diagnostic codes. The doctor ordered for the MRI but they only utilize two trying to explain this to the doctor. All he kept saying is I don’t know it’s not on the MRI. I don’t know. I don’t know And because I said I’m going to see my LAWYER regarding my MRI. He states he no longer wishes to be my doctor. I used to be mad at them for canceling or changing my appointment but before each appointment I would pray and ask God to remove all problems from that appointment just so happens at this one. The doctor removed himself you would think that is where my nightmare comes to an end, I step out the office to call the place that did my MRI to ask for a new or updated report with the missing information. They tell me to go back to the office because the doctor has to do it. I go back in the office. They all refuse to do anything The office manager Cheryl call security on me because I am asking them to do their job and her words were no but had a nerve to send me a letter stating I will be here for emergencies but under no circumstances after June 1 will not continue to be your doctor? This is not the first horrible interaction I had with Robert wood Johnson doctors. I saw a surgeon on August 20 of last year up until this date never heard back from her. I then go make an appointment with Dr. Ruth, Stephenson. Because it was over eight months since I was consulted by Dr. Opoku anai and dr pantakar never heard back from them regarding next steps are getting an actual surgery date. It seems like Robert wood johnson is just wanting to string me along. mine do I have several large fibroids and two very big hernia but they keep talking about my weight doctor Thad denehey write in my file normal weight but since I filed a complaint with my insurance, he goes to tell my insurance that my BMI will complicate surgery anytime a doctor gets upset that you bring up a lawyer is a red flag that someone you should not be with I don’t care how long it takes me, but I will not put up with subpar care. I’m finally free of all doctors from Robert wood Johnson so they can write whatever they want to write. I reported them all for each and every incident now they just look like a bunch of people trying to cover up their lies and mistakes.Dr Liard claims she doesn’t know if second thyroid Nodule is part of 1st one but at appointment she doesn’t nothing to find out just come back in a year for another ultrasound. Just look at this letter Thad denehy sent me knowing full well to get an appointment with one of there drs you need a referral so glad I’m finally free of all Cooperman Barnabas Medical Centers and all others in there network Yet when I Message and ask why was ?uterine cancer added to file no response and your answer to all my questions is I

WOW, I'd give all the stars in the universe if I could! I can't say enough good about this hospital!! Who would think getting a hysterectomy would be a rewarding experience, but it was!!! This hospital is beautiful, it looks like a spa. From every check point, coming in, everyone was kind and professional -- and on point. You can tell the volunteers loved their work too! Dr. Scott Richard and his team were top notch -- all 5-star personalities. I'm a normally healthy person, so this was all so traumatizing to me, but everyone -- and I do mean everyone -- put me at ease and were so helpful, every step of the way, I was made to feel comfortable. Sometimes I make silly jokes when I'm nervous and people were fine with that. It's a blessing when people can adopt to the personalities of their patients. I can't even imagine doing such a difficult job and also keeping up that positive, high energy. Very impressive!! Everyone was so well organized, it was just one step after another with hardly any wait time. But when I did have to wait I was so comfortable I actually nodded off a bit while waiting! The hospital bed are very comfortable and they will adjust them for you. Also, some things you worry about before going to a hospital for the first time -- your stuff. I can assure you, everything gets locked up, so you don't have to worry about it! Dr. Richard's assistant Brittany (I think that was her name, I'm trying to remember everyone's name, she had a cute pigeon scrub hat on) was a DOLL! So was Maggie, what a sweetheart, and Ang (Angela?) who helped me near the end. They all couldn't do enough for you. After the surgery, Maggie was awesome, getting me some applesauce and water. She was so fast too. Ang was great, communicating with my husband while I was in recovery. The anesthesia guy was terrific! Even the nice man who wheeled me out to the car was kind and patient. I'm now healing and a bit sore, but let me say my mental state of happiness is -- ecstatic! Thank you SO MUCH, Dr. Scott Richard, and all the staff at St. Barnabas! I will never forget your kindness and professionalism!! I'm so happy!!!!

For the past 16+ years I have been a volunteer at CBMC and during those years I have seen the dedication and professionalism of the staff of the hospital. On January 11 through January 25, I became a patient and had the honor of FEELING the compassion, competence and devotion of everyone who interacted with me . Such an unprofessional and unclean place. They always close 10 to 20 mins earlier than the advertised closing time. I have had experience where I've reach the store over 10 mins before closing time. See them locking the door. Stand there thinking they would let me place an order. The girl just turned away and ignored me. I've called starbucks multiple times and reported the store on various incidents. Nothing has been done. Ive had to pay for mobile orders that i didnt get to pick up because they close early. The other alarming thing I've notice is that cleanliness is not the store priority. I've seen staff go from mopping the floor, straight to making customer orders without washing their hands. If i see said person about to make my drink order i would ask them to wash their hands, and of course they always give a bad attitude.

Place is supposed to close at 8. Got there at 7:50 and doors were locked. More people showed up and they shut the lights off in our face. Pretty terrible for a hospital where people work overnight shifts and a maternity ward where families are up all night. Probs should change your hours if you’re going to close early.

I was here on a pretty rough day. The young man who took care of me was so nice and kind that it helped me a great deal. This was never my experience before at Starbucks, but this one will always be my favorite. Thank you my friend.

The Outpatient Radiology department is quite inefficient. Takes hours to be seen and tested. Staff are friendly, but seem to be on a quota. Don't see TOO many patients in an hour.

They are very inconsistent . One day u can get great cup of coffee but the other day not so much . I asked for cappuccino I got latte.cup full of milk . Coffee isn't cheap , at least give us good cup of coffee. And the wait time ........., 3 people there , but looks like only one person works ?‍♀️
