The food is AMAZING and the service is SO GOOD. The workers are so hard working and wholesome. They are always restocking, cleaning, and overall working so hard. My best friend and I go ALL THE TIME. ITS SOOO GOOD!!!!

The smoothies easily surpass the food items, specifically the wraps, sandwiches, and flatbreads, in terms of flavor and quality. This is my feedback for all Tropical Smoothie cafes so not specific to this location.

They make very tasty fruit juice mixes or smoothies. My favorite is the sunrise sunset. I order it every time. My family loves the summer mixes. Like the watermelon mojito. They have fast service at this location.

I received a SMOOTHIE with a piece of metal in it. A whole SCREW? How does that even happen??? The barista clearly was not paying attention. Maybe keep your kitchen maintenance away from your fruit? Should be common sense. Plus too expensive for a metal smoothie.

Tropical Smoothie is hands down my favorite smoothie place! I recently tried the Baja Chicken Wrap with a Pomegranate Plunge smoothie, and both were amazing. The wrap was fresh, full of flavor, and had the perfect balance of ingredients. The smoothie was deliciously refreshing, with the perfect blend of tart and sweet. I always have a great experience here—the quality is consistently excellent, and the staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Tropical Smoothie for a healthy and tasty meal!

Even though you only think of smoothies when seeing the name of this place, they surprisingly have good food, too. I've had their Sante Fe quesadilla and Thai Chicken wrap - both were delish. When ordering here, you should do so on the app since you get rewarded with loyalty points that can get you some freebies. Promotions are pushed through the app, not to mention the convenience of having your food ready as soon as you walk in.

The staffing at that place is terrible especially the young girls. One of the workers Terrionna is always helpful when I come in but that girl Jenny is rude and always have an attitude like she runs the shop and that girl Mabel.
