I spent Christmas alone and decided to order in because I was basically stuck with no vehicle so I chose to Order from Boston market because from what I remember Boston market was always good. So when the driver came, I tipped him again simply because it was Christmas because I had already tipped him in the app so as I sit down to eat my food, this is literally the worst meal. Just paid an over priced food. The sweet potatoes is bland no sweetness at all and the corn is hard looks like its not cook enough.
Horrible customer service. HORRIBLE!! Frankly, it sucks!! I’m surprised it’s still in business. And place looks so dingy!! Went there to buy sweet potatoes for thanksgiving and it came with a side of ATTITUDE!!!! Is this a franchise or is there higher ups??? I’d like to go the next level with complaints
