“Guys the owner made my Xhimi with fried cheese and maduros.......... WOWWWWWWW.... THE MORIRAONANDO, was on point and the tres leche was great. Took a tray of Yaroa with us...... It's not a big place at all but Sat down and service was great. Found a little gem def will be back. Owner said he will add it to menu the super chimi.“

“Ever since 2021, when BK declared that their foods is rid of preservatives, the food tastes better and is healthier, but is more expensive unfortunately due to to this reason and general inflation. Still, watch out for the saturated fat content that any beef based hamburger will provide, along with deep fried French fries that are notoriously unhealthy no matter where it comes from. I do gotta say, the chicken fries are unhealthy at any BK you'll go too, because it is fried in oil which is not at the fault of the people who get paid not that well to make it who are trying to survive. But it still tastes so good and you can expect this kinda stuff at place that uses a deep fryer. Fast food or not. And they got such great deals. Love you guys!“

“This subway used to have bad employees but now that problem is no longer. I believe now it has a new owner.Store is always clean and staffs are very kind and friendly. Always consistent with my order. I can definitely recommend this subway to others.It is a shame that the previous owner ruined the reputation but I am sure the current owner will do it’s justice.“

“This place sucks. I went on the line and told them I wanted a “kids quesadilla.” The lady on register proceeded to yell “no more quesadillas” which didn’t make sense because the tortilla were right there. She said apparently there was an issue with ringing it up on the register. They said I had to order online. Then I asked her if I ordered it right now if it could be made right away. She proceeded to give me an attitude asking what exactly I wanted to order. As I’m trying to place my order with my hunger toddler, the app would not let me place my order for the location. After multiple attempts of trying I asked a crew member and was given an attitude by a young man on the online order station. The same lady at the register tried to help me but then said “oh I thought you wanted a regular quesadilla” ???? When I clearly said KIDS quesadilla. After about 10 minutes of trouble shooting they were able to make the kids quesadilla. Then they had no chocolate milk. After being frustrated due to this technical issue + having a hungry toddler pulling at me asking to eat, i got frustrated. Staff is rude and gives an attitude. To top it off, the kids quesadilla bag came with SIX CHIPS. SIX. I’ve came here a bunch of times and come on, six chips. I’m tired of coming to this place.“

“Delivery Order - Everything I ordered tasted so good. Still surprised that no one from my friends circle know about this place. Cheesesteak and Wings were almost perfect. I did not dine in but I am sure Service would be good here just by looking at how well everything was packed.“

“WOW!! Love Love Love this little place. lt’s great! First of all, we've been looking for a good burger place in the Union City, WNY, NB area, and it’s been tough, usually they’re mediocre at best, but not this one.
We walked jn and were warmly greeted. Our server was so sweet! She handed us a menu, which looks like an ipad, and there were so many choices, with pictures of the what the food looks like.
My bf and I ordered 2 burgers because we were in a burger mood. I can say that it definitely wasn’t a disappointment! The burgers were juicy, tasty and big! Definitely the Best burger we’ve had in the area.

The place is small, but so charming with all the decor. And they have a TV screen which shows how all the food is prepared. definitely makes you hungry!

Granted, the burgers were messy but definitely worth it! Besides the fact that they give you utensils.

As we were walking out, we ran into one of the owners, And we had to tell him how much we loved the place and the food.

Parriyas is absolutely a great choice for sandwiches and bowls and the wonderful service!

“Clean and well organized business. The girl at the front is friendly and good at her job. The best Philly Cheesesteak! I have also tried the Chicky Fries combo and that was excellent. I also like the Chicken Cheesesteak sandwich. Can’t wait to try their Wings as I just heard great things from my co-worker!
