I’ve been using Spartan for 2 years and they are the best meal prep company hands down. I’ve tried a lot of other companies and they are all sub par. Spartan has a wide variety of meals breakfast lunch and dinner and also has snacks. 5*
I ordered on July 7th and they had marked my order as shipped followed by being fulfilled with no tracking number provided. It's now July 27th and my girlfriend has gotten two meal shipments from another food company called Factor already. I also emailed Spartan Meal Preps twice and called them. The person on the phone gave me a "personal number" to text my name, order number, and additional info. That "personal phone number" hasn't responded to my message or gave me any updates...read full review
Great food, horrible customer service. I am considered local even though I’m a solid 90 mi it’s from their headquarters without traffic (and there is always traffic) so they deliver the meals to me directly. They constantly drop the ball on communication so I never know when they are coming. They usually come Sundays but the past 2 times, Sunday has come and gone with no food and then I’m trying to get a hold of someone which takes way too much effort.
