I loved this place so much, as an australian with a dual citizenship, i enjoyed water ice so much and it was a great cold snack to have in the heat of the US, i will definitely go back every time i go to the US and will continue to love water ice! Thaanks!!
This place is almost always super busy but the staff get the line down fast. If you order things online/on your phone, you'll likely still have to wait but it's all good idea since after so many visits you get a free small ice or gelati. The staff are friendly and fast!
The team here consistently go above and beyond to service their customers. I've been coming to this particular location for a while now and can say I've never had a bad experience. Always kind, courteous, and have an abundance of flavors available to choose from. Definitely one of the best Ritas locations out there!
