Everytime i’m there , which is not often, the manager is complaining very loudly how she does not want to be there and does not want to serve people and is rude to her young staff , it’s so unprofessional
Y’all need more than 1 person working this location in the AM especially. It’s unfair to your staff. It’s the only Starbucks with in 30 mins. The lines are bound to be crazy. You gotta find a solution
As i was waiting in line to order, Debbie, the Starbucks employee was coming onto her shift. As she walked in and took her jacket off she greeted everyone waiting with a very warm hello, said it was great to see all of our faces (which made us all smile) and then told us all about the wonderful specials they had going on. She is a delight and i love her customer service!
